Kristina Wagner Shares A Beautiful Video Of Son Harrison On The Anniversary Of His D.eath

Kristina Wagner (Felicia), who plays Harrison on General Hospital, posted a video of her son on social media one year after his terrible death as they were hiking in Palm Springs, California’s Araby Trail. On the first anniversary of Harrison’s passing, she commented, “We shot this video on Araby Trail. “His comments continue to give me comfort.

“It’s brutally painful to lose my boy,” she added. “I still believe in open-mindedness, happiness, and love, and I still have hope for wishes come true. Thank you, Harrison.”

In the video, Harrison approaches his mother as she films, holding a rock in his hand. “You know, everybody’s got pain and struggles in life,” he says. “That’s why we get out of ourselves. And whatever our god is, whatever our belief is outside of ourself, we wish for an amazing life, open-mindedness, happiness, and love.”

He then suggests, “Let’s make a wish,” and holds the rock to his chest. After closing his eyes and breathing deeply as he makes his wish known to the universe and no one else, Harrison tosses the rock onto the pile with the others.

Wagner’s son passed away at the age of 27 on June 26, 2022, after struggling with drugs and alcohol for many years. She and her ex-husband, Jack Wagner (ex-Frisco), established the Harrison Wagner Scholarship Fund to help other young men who struggled as their son did. The actress recently discovered some photos she’d taken with her laptop camera of her and Harrison enjoying an airplane flight together and considered it a special early Mother’s Day gift from her late son.

Naturally, the comments on Wagner’s Instagram post filled up with love from fans and friends, including some of her GH co-stars past and present. Her good friend, Finola Hughes (Anna) wrote: “Open-mindedness, happiness, and love. Beautiful sentiment. Sending my love.” Sarah Brown (ex-Carly) added, “Such a sweetheart.” And Kathleen Gati (Obrecht) simply posted a row of heart emojis to share her love.

Please join us in also sending love to Wagner as she continues to heal from this heartbreaking loss.
