Report on General Hospital spoilers Willow Corinthos’ (Katelyn MacMullen) relationship—or lack thereof—with Nina Reeves (Cynthia Watros is about to turn over a new leaf. She seems to have learned a thing or two from Nurse Clara (Susan Diol) and Willow’s struggle with a fatal illness.
She doesn’t want to pass up the opportunity to connect with her birth mother. She doesn’t want to pass away and potentially know that she wasn’t fully committed. Willow is considering inviting Nina into her world now that her life has taken a turn for the better and she is determined to survive. Everything will alter as a result, but the changes won’t last forever.
Willow Tait Welcomes Nina Reeves Into The Fold
Nina’s heart just might swell and burst into a million pieces when Willow invites her into her home life. From the outside looking in, it looks like Nina has been patient and done everything that Willow asked. Little does Willow know, Nina has been doing everything she asked her not to do. Don’t strike back at Carly Spencer (Laura Wright). Too late. Willow is welcoming Nina into the fold of her family, but she has no idea that Nina is coming into it under false pretenses. Finally, Nina is getting everything that she ever wanted, but it will be laced with paranoia and anxiety that could push her over the edge soon.
Suggest Their Mother-Daughter Bond Will Flourish
In between meltdowns and Nina‘s discussions with Ava Jerome (Maura West) about how worried she is that the truth will come out about what she did, Nina is going to enjoy soaking up every second of Willow’s time that she parts with. She never thought she would get to know her daughter this way, Now her dreams are finally coming true. In fact, rumor has it Willow is going to be angry with Carly soon for having roped Michael Corinthos (Chad Duell) into another mob game. That could set the stage for Willow to lean on Nina a bit more than she leans on Carly – which may change the whole dynamic of the relationship.
The Truth Comes Out
Naturally, the truth always shines through. Everyone, not just Willow, will eventually learn what Nina did. But the deceit and betrayal of her birth mother will leave her broken. Willow’s heart will bleed when she realizes that Nina was the one who framed Carly for insider trading all along. Just as Willow starts to think she is making progress with Nina and that she will eventually become Willow’s mother, Nina will make sure she is never again accepted in Willow’s house.
