Cash and Eden prepare to head to a free romantic dinner at Salt, courtesy of Felicity. Cash gives Eden a stunning engagement ring and despite her lack of interest in traditional wedding things, Eden is brimming with joy.
Remi pulls up under strict instructions to take the couple to their romantic evening. Little do they know, they’re not on their way to dinner. Felicity turns them away from Salt, presenting them with blindfolds. Felicity and Remi lead blindfolded Cash and Eden down to the beach where all their friends have gathered for a surprise engagement party.
Meanwhile, Abigail is disappointed to find out that Levi is not going to Cash and Eden’s engagement party. She tries to convince him that they’re going, but Mackenzie warns him that going to the party would be throwing fuel on the fire.
Abigail convinces Levi to at least drive her to the party, hinting that the alternative would be to hitch a ride with a stranger. Levi knows his duty as an older brother is to protect Abigail, so he obliges. When they arrive, Cash goes straight over to Levi to send him away, but Eden is just thrilled to see her little sister. Levi and Mackenzie go to leave, but to their surprise, Eden asks them to stay for a drink.
At the party, Dana watches on as Tane and Felicity enjoy what lingers of their spark. She’s concerned to realise how complicated her sister’s situation might be. She watches them slow dance, holding each other close. She asks Xander if he thinks they’ll get back together, and he says they probably never stopped loving each other.
Levi finds his sisters catching up on the couch at Salt while their friends get more alcohol for the party. Levi mentions that Abigail hitchhiked to Summer Bay and the three siblings get a little tense over their lost time.
Levi says it’s time to leave, and before Abigail can argue too much, she gets a suspicious text that gets her moving. When Abigail learns that Levi doesn’t have a spare bed for her, she asks to be driven to the nearest bus stop, and swipes Levi’s wallet on her way out. When Levi goes after her, he realises that she’s gone. And so is his wallet.
Felicity tells Cash that she has a feeling they both deserve to be happy, that maybe they’re not cursed. Watching her brother slow dance with his fiancé, Felicity is filled with hope for the future. But then her vision blurs. With a sudden, sharp pain in her head, she hits the floor.
