Jared Fields’ Big Brother 25 Exit Interview: He Wants Cirie To Take Down Cory ‘By Any Means Necessary’

After last week’s double eviction of Cameron Hardin and Jared Fields, both re-entered the “Big Brother” house as zombies, but only one’s game could be resurrected. Cameron won a three-round cemetery showdown, allowing him to put fate in his own hands. He chose to compete in a solo, do-or-die competition, live on Thursday night. After completing the task required of him in less than three minutes, Cam’s life in the “Big Brother” house was resurrected and Jared was sent packing for the second week in a row.

“That was tough,” Jared told host Julie Chen Moonves when she asked what it was like watching Cameron control his fate. “You never expect to get to that moment in this game where it comes down to someone making one tough decision. I fought as hard as I can, up until the point where I couldn’t fight anymore.” When asked if he thinks he could have completed the resurrection challenge, Jared responded confidently, “I know I would have made it happen. He made the right choice.”

Up until this point, Jared has played this game secretly with his mom Cirie Fields. When Julie asked how he thinks his mother will do in the house by herself, Jared broke down in tears. “I hope she’s amazing,” he said. “Since day one I knew it was going to be hard. She wasn’t a part of the power teams that were in the house so I was torn in between the two and I was always just trying to make sure she was good.”

Cirie has no idea that Jared told his showmance, Blue Kim, that she’s his mom. When asked if he’s concerned Blue could use it against Cirie, he answered, “No, I would have been more concerned when I was in there still. The fact that I’m gone now, the bond that I was able to build with Blue, I think that…” before he broke down again, uttering, “I hope she good. She got it though. Nobody is gonna watch her back like I was. I hope she can trust Blue.”

“I came into this house wanting to be a competitor, not thinking of the target it would paint on me,” Jared admitted. “I’m happy with the game I played even though it was eventually part of my downfall.” After a goodbye message from his mom in which she pledged to take out Cory Wurtenberger, Jared’s tears continued to pour down his cheeks before he stated he’s confident she will. “I want her to do it by any means necessary, if it’s the last thing she do.”
